01Placing an order
When you place an order you'll first receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. This sets your bottles aside — it isn't payment yet.
We'll then get in touch by email or WhatsApp with our bank details. Once your transfer has landed and we've checked it, your order is confirmed and we start preparing it.
Until you've paid, you can cancel at any time — just reply to that email. If no payment has arrived within seven days, we'll take it that you've changed your mind and release what we set aside.
02Prices
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), and the price you see is the full price — nothing added on top. The price at the moment you order is the price for that order; if it changes later, your order isn't affected.
Shipping is calculated by delivery region and shown on its own line before you confirm, so you see the total before committing. Beyond the products and shipping, there is nothing else.
Now and then a price will be mislabelled. If that happens on your order, we'll get in touch first and explain — you decide whether to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
