01What we collect
When you subscribe to our updates we store your name, phone number and email. When you place an order we store your name, phone number, email, delivery address and any note you add, together with the order itself.
This site does not store your card or bank account details.
Our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, time, pages visited), used only for security and to keep the site running — not to identify you.
02How we use it
To confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about it (by email, or by WhatsApp or phone if you gave a number), and to send you order emails.
Subscriber details are used only to tell you about new products and offers, rarely. To unsubscribe, reply to any email or write to us.
We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with the people who help get things to you — a courier, for example — and only what they need.
